SGPS VirtualWebPay Link Program
This program gives you the ability to accept checks for payment for your office at a very minimal expense. This is our most popular system as it has a very easy set-up and implementation procedure. All of our systems are internet based.

We will provide you a link to add to your website for your customers to pay their bills. You can have one or multiple types of payments available via this system.

You will simply have your website administrator add a "Pay Bill" button to the website and imbed the link into the button.

SGPS VirtualWebPay Code Program
This feature will allow your customers to access the SGPS website to pay their bills from the convenience of their home, office or other public computer. Simply add the following to your monthly bill: "For your added convenience, you may pay your bill online with a credit card or check at www.VirtualWebPay.com. The VirtualWebPay Code is ____________". This is an excellent system for any type of billing or correspondence, or for entities that cannot easily modify their website.

This feature will allow your customers to access the SGPS website to pay their bills from the convenience of their home, work or other public computer.

This feature allows the office to utilize our service for any of the following:

• Traffic tickets
• Judgements
• Citations for weeds / high grass
• Reminder / Past Due Notifications
• Friends of the Library donations
• Animal Control donations
• Collections, correspondence with payment due, special events, reservations, etc.

This can help reduce the number of phone calls received to make payments, and reduce foot traffic through the merchants offices.

Multiple VirtualWebPay Codes
SGPS can set up multiple VirtualWebPay Codes that your office can use for different types of payments. The text area and the up to five reference fields can be modified for each application. The city can have any number of VirtualWebPay Code pages. This will give your office the ability to structure payment windows for different programs or applications. This gives your office additional flexibility to add payment options to your different billings to help increase your collection efforts.

Simply add the following to your monthly bill or notice: "For your added convenience, you may pay your bill online with a check or credit card at www.VirtualWebPay.com. The VirtualWebPay Code is ________" . SGPS standard systems allows your customers to access the online payment system via your website or ours. The customer will enter name and account information (reference fields chosen by merchant), enter payment amount and process the transaction. It allows your office to have an online payment system, adding convenience for customer, and reducing traffic through your office.

Premium Systems

SGPS VirtualWebPay Query System
With this program, we can give you a link to add to your website or to the local municipality website for your constituents to query the system to pay their bills. This is an optional program that will allow your constituents to look up and pay their fines, bills, deposits, etc. from the convenience of their own computer. The link to do the query will be on your website. This system is easier for the end-user to utilize because the fields will be populated from the query. Your office will have to provide data on a regular basis to SGPS, or your IT Department will have to develop the query page to pass the data to the SGPS website.
